DIMISSIONI GROUP CFO E DIRIGENTE PREPOSTO ALLA REDAZIONE

Bologna, 30 novembre 2018 - Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), società quotata presso il Mercato Telematico Azionario, Segmento Star, organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. rende noto che, in data odierna, Alessandro D'Aniello, Group CFO e Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili societari, ha rassegnato le proprie dimissioni con decorrenza dal 20 gennaio 2019 per intraprendere una nuova esperienza professionale e per motivi personali.

La Società ha avviato la ricerca di un successore di pari elevato profilo il cui nominativo verrà reso noto al mercato nei termini di legge.

In conformità a quanto richiesto dalle Istruzioni al Regolamento dei Mercati di Borsa Italiana, si informa che il dott. Alessandro D'Aniello non è titolare di azioni ordinarie Datalogic.

RESIGNATION OF GROUP CFO AND OFFICER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PREPARATION OF CORPORATE FINANCIAL REPORTS

Bologna, 30 November 2018 - Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A: DAL), a company listed in the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that today Alessandro D'Aniello, Group CFO and Officer Responsible for the preparation of corporate financial reports, resigned from its positions to pursue a new professional opportunity and for personal reasons. The resignation will be effective from 20 January 2019.

The Company has already started the search of a successor of the same high profile whose name will be disclosed to the market in compliance with the law.

In accordance with the Instructions to the Market Rules of the Italian Stock Exchange, please note that Alessandro D'Aniello does not hold Datalogic shares.
