Bologna, 18 maggio 2020 - Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), società quotata presso il Mercato Telematico Azionario, Segmento Star, organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. comunica che in data 14 maggio 2020 ha ricevuto da parte dell'azionista Hydra S.p.A., con sede legale in via D'Azeglio, 57, 40132, Bologna, numero di iscrizione al Registro delle imprese di Bologna, codice fiscale e partita IVA 00445970379, titolare di una partecipazione pari al 64,8% del capitale sociale, una proposta di deliberazione ex art. 126-bis del Testo Unico della Finanza (d. lgs. 58/1998) relativa al secondo punto dell'ordine del giorno dell'Assemblea degli azionisti convocata per il 4 giugno 2020 ("Determinazione del compenso annuale dei componenti del Consiglio di Amministrazione ai sensi dell'art. 20 dello Statuto sociale; deliberazioni inerenti e conseguenti").
La proposta di deliberazione è contenuta in una relazione, predisposta dallo stesso azionista, che viene messa a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede della società, nell'apposita sezione del sito internet della Società (www.datalogic.com, sezione azienda/Corporate Governance/Assemblea) e presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato "eMarket Storage", gestito da Spafid Connect S.p.A.

Bologna, May 18th 2020 - Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A: DAL), a company listed in the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Datalogic"), announces that on May 14th , 2020 it has received by the major shareholder Hydra S.p.A., with registered office at via D'Azeglio, 57, 40132, Bologna (Italy), number of registration in the Companies Register of Bologna, tax code and VAT 00445970379, holding 64,8% of the Datalogic's share capital, a proposal of resolution pursuant to article 126-bis of the Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 relating to point 2 on the Shareholders' meeting's agenda, called on June 4th 2020 ("Determination of the annual compensation of the members of the Board of Directors pursuant to art. 20 of the Articles of Association; inherent and consequent resolutions").
The proposal of resolution is included in a report, drafted by the abovementioned shareholder, and it is available at the Company's registered office, at Borsa Italiana S.p.A., on the Company's website www.datalogic.com and at the centralized storage device authorized by Consob called "eMarket Storage" managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A.
