Bologna, 15 giugno 2020 – Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), società quotata presso il Mercato Telematico Azionario – Segmento Star – organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Datalogic") e leader mondiale nei settori dell'acquisizione automatica dei dati e dell'automazione industriale, rende noto che, dalla data odierna, il verbale dell'Assemblea ordinaria e straordinaria di Datalogic tenutasi in data 4 giugno 2020, unitamente allo statuto sociale modificato dall'Assemblea straordinaria del 4 giugno 2020, è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede sociale, presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato gestito da Spafid Connect S.p.A. () e sul sito internet della Società nella sezione Corporate Governance (www.datalogic.com).

MINUTES OF SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING AND BY-LAWS

Bologna, 15 th June 2020 – Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana S.p.A.: DAL), a company listed in the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("Datalogic") and global leader in the automatic data capture and process automation markets, announces that as from today the Minutes of the ordinary and extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 4 th June, 2020, together with the By-laws as amended by the extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 4 th June, 2020 are available at the registered office, on the authorized storage system managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A.
