Dublin, Ireland, 29 August 2025: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or the "Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE), a market leader in airline e-commerce solutions, today issues an update on its strategic and funding outlook.

The Group continues to make strong progress in executing its strategic priorities and remains focused on delivering long-term value to shareholders. Further to the €6 million capital raise announced on 30 July 2025, originally expected to close by the end of August, the Company now anticipates completion in the coming weeks. This revised timing supports the Group's broader investment programme in product innovation and strategic growth.
