Result of Annual General Meeting
Dublin, Ireland - 26 June 2025: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or the "Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE), a market leader in airline e-commerce solutions, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM were passed by the requisite majority.
Each of the resolutions put to the AGM was voted on by way of a poll and the results are set out in the table below.
