Resignation of Director

DataDot Technology Limited (ASX:DDT) announces that Ms Alison Coutts has resigned as a Director of DataDot Technology Limited, effective 1 March 2016.

Ms Coutts joined the DataDot Board in July 2010 and has resigned due to other commitments.

On behalf of the Board Mr Bruce Rathie, Chairman of Directors, thanked Ms Coutts for her contribution in the areas of strategy, scientific research, development and commercialisation, as well contributions in the areas of governance and risk management as a director and as a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Remuneration & Nomination Committee of DataDot Technology Limited.

Following the resignation of Ms Coutts, the Board of DataDot now includes Mr Rathie as Chairman, Mr Gary Flowers as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and recently appointed Mr Stephe Wilks.
