TRADING HALT

The securities of DataDot Technology Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 3 October 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Dear Andrew,

DataDot Technology Limited requests a trading halt to prevent trading in its securities taking place in an uninformed market, pending the company’s announcing a material capital raising.

We request that the trading halt lasts until the market opens on Friday 3 October. The company will lodge an announcement of the details of the capital raising in pre-open on Friday 3 October.

We are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
