R&D Tax Refund Received

The Directors of DataDot Technology Limited (ASX:DDT) are pleased to announce that the Australian Tax Office has issued the company with a cash refund of $508,688 for eligible research and development activities under the Government’s R&D Tax Incentive Scheme administered by AusIndustry.

The claimed tax credit was included in the financial results for the year ending 30 June 2012 and has resulted in a cash refund of up to $0.45 in the dollar of eligible expenditure by the company for R&D activities for that year.
