TRADING HALT

The securities of Datadot Technology Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in pre-open at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in pre-open until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 26 March 2009 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Dear Kimberley,

DataDot Technology Limited requests a trading halt to prevent trading in its securities taking place in an uninformed market, pending the company’s announcing a capital raising.

We request that the trading halt lasts until the company announces the details of the capital raising, which we expect will be later today and in any event before the market opens tomorrow.

We are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
