RIGHTS ISSUE – ACCEPTANCES and UNDER SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Directors of DataDot Technology Limited (ASX:DDT) announce that the company has successfully completed its 1 for 1 fully underwritten non-renounceable entitlement offer.

Total valid acceptances were received from eligible shareholders for 96,840,004 shares, leaving a shortfall of 75,174,098 shares to be taken up by the underwriter.

Allotment of the new shares and despatch of holding statements will be completed by Tuesday 12 May.
