DataDot appoints new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

DataDot Technology Ltd (ASX:DDT) (DataDot or the Company ) today announces the appointment of Andrew Hunt as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective from 11 December 2024. Andrew Hunt replaces Patrick Raper as Company Secretary, who has today resigned as Company Secretary, and continues as a Director.

DataDot Managing Director Brad Kellas said “Andrew has been providing contract support to the business since January 2024, and we are delighted to have him formally take on the role of CFO and Company Secretary at this pivotal stage in our journey. Andrew’s deep understanding of our business, combined with his strong financial and strategic acumen, will be invaluable as we embark on the next phase of securing profitable growth. His appointment strengthens our leadership team as we strive to accelerate our growth agenda and deliver greater value to our shareholders.”

Andrew Hunt is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in audit, having served as a partner at both mid-tier and Big 4 firms. His diverse expertise spans corporate financial and operational management, equipping him with the skills to make a significant impact in his new role.
