DataDot appoints new Company Secretary
DataDot Technology Ltd (ASX:DDT) (DataDot or the Company) today announces the appointment of Mr Patrick Raper as the new Company Secretary, effective from 27 November 2023.
Mr Raper will be the company representative responsible under ASX Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with ASX in relation to listing rule matters
Mr Raper replaces Mr Gordon Ogborne who has tendered his resignation from employment with DDT to take effect in the new year.
