DataDot appoints new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary
DataDot Technology Ltd (ASX:DDT) (DataDot or the Company ) today announces the retirement of Patrick Raper, the current CFO and Company Secretary, and the appointment of David Mackenzie as the new CFO and Company Secretary, effective from 22 December 2021.
The DataDot Board would like to acknowledge the substantial contribution from Patrick and to wish him well for his retirement.
DataDot CEO Brad Kellas said “We are delighted to have David join us at an important stage in our transformation as we embark upon the next phase of profitable growth for our business. David’s financial and strategy experience will be invaluable as we look to accelerate our growth agenda and to build value for our shareholders:.
Commenting on his appointment Mr Mackenzie said “I am delighted to be joining DataDot, an exciting company who are well positioned to be global leaders in the asset identification, loss reduction and recovery arenas, leveraging their underlying technology and data capabilities. I am looking forward to working with Brad and the team”.
Mr Mackenzie brings extensive financial management and strategy delivery experience, across many business sectors. He has previously been CFO and Company Secretary for a mid cap ASX listed business and has provided contract CFO and strategic advisory services to a small cap ASX listed global medical device and data company.
