DataDot Technology Limited – New Director and New Chair.
The Board of DataDot Technology Limited advises that following the retirement of Mr Bruce Rathie from the position of Chairman at the conclusion of the 2017 Annual General Meeting held on 24 November 2017, Mr Temogen Hield, has been appointed as a Director of the Company.
Further, Mr Gary Flowers has been elected by the Board to the position of Chair of the Board.
Mr Hield receives no additional remuneration following his appointment as a Director. Mr Hield’s remuneration was advised to the market at his appointment to the position of CEO on 26 August 2015 and has been reported each year in the Remuneration Report which is part of the Annual Report for FY 2016 and FY 2017.
