Resignation of Non-Executive Director

DataDot Technology Limited (ASX:DDT) announces that Mr Bruce Rathie has resigned as a Director, effective from January 5.

On behalf of the Board Mr Allan Farrar, Chairman of Directors, thanked Mr Rathie for his significant contribution as non-executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of the Remuneration & Nomination and Risk Management & Compliance Committees.

Mr Rathie will continue as Chairman of DataTraceDNA Pty Ltd, the joint venture company owned by DDT and CSIRO.
