CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The Board of Directors of DataDot Technology Limited (ASX:DDT) advise that Mr Ian Allen has ceased employment with the company with effect from 4 February 2009. As such, Mr Allen is no longer the Chief Executive Officer or a director of DDT and subsidiaries.

Mr Ben Bootle, who has carried out the role of Chief Operating Officer since the 16[th] December 2008, will be acting in the role of Chief Executive Officer.
