S. 249D NOTICE

The Board of Directors of DataDot Technology Limited (ASX:DDT) announces that, pursuant to s.249D of the Corporations Act 2001, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the issued share capital of the company has requested the Board of Directors to convene a general meeting to consider and if thought fit pass the following two resolutions:

that Michael David George be removed as a director of the company;
that Connie Lo Lin Sye be removed as a director of the company.

Directors will send a Notice of General Meting to shareholders on or before 11 June and the General Meeting will be held in July in accordance with the requirements of the Act.
