DataDot Technology Limited (ASX: DDT) (DataDot) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13 that the annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Thursday 28 November 2024. Shareholders will be advised of the full details of the meeting in a Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders by 28 October 2024. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Friday 18 October 2024. Any nomination must be received at the Company’s registered office by 5pm on 18 October 2024.
