RE: DataDot Technology Limited (ASX:DDT) ‐ 2022 Annual General Meeting Voter Access Code:
The Board of DataDot Technology Limited ( Company ) is pleased to announce that the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is to be held at 10:00am (Sydney time) on Monday 21st November 2022 ( AGM ).
On 5 May 2020, the Commonwealth Treasurer introduced temporary modifications to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Coronavirus Economic Response Determination) to allow the Notice of Meeting and other information relating to an AGM to be provided electronically and to allow shareholders to participate in the AGM using an online facility which facilitates direct voting and questions.
Therefore, the AGM will be held as a virtual meeting, accessible online only. As a valued Shareholder of the Company, you are strongly encouraged to:

Obtain the Notice of Meeting for the AGM from the ASX announcement’s platform and on the Company’s website at: https://www.datadotdna.com/au/investors/asx‐announcements/

participate online in the AGM. Pre‐register your attendance by sending an email in advance to [email protected] with your name and details of your DDT shareholding; and

lodge your completed proxy form with the Company’s share registry in accordance with the instructions in the Notice of Meeting and on the Proxy Form. Proxy Forms must be received by the share registry by no later than 48 hours before the AGM. You can obtain your Proxy Form and vote at the following link to our share register and using the Voting Access Code (VAC) shown at the top of this letter – https://www.votingonline.com.au/ddtagm2022
For those shareholders that pre‐register to attend the AGM as indicated above, the DDT AGM 2022 Meeting link will be emailed to you approximately 48 hours before the Meeting.
