Further to our letter no. SEC/SE/063/2024-25 dated September 30, 2024 intimating the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the insiders from Tuesday, October 01, 2024, we wish to inform that the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results post the Board Meeting to be held on Saturday, November 09, 2024.
