Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (“Code of Conduct”) framed in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company, shall be closed with effect from Monday, April 01, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024.
