Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Shareholders of the Company, has inter alia, approved Amendment to the Articles of Association (“AoA”) of the Company vide special resolution passed at the 26[th] Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 11.00 AM IST through Video Conferencing.

The brief details of the amendment to the AoA in terms of Para A.14 of Part A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed herewith as Annexure - A .

The Annual General Meeting commenced at 11.00 AM IST and concluded at 11.47 AM IST on July 30, 2024.

-	54 & 55	The following new articles has been inserted under the title:Registers and DocumentsThe Company shall keep and maintain at its Registered Office allstatutory registers, other than the Register of Members, which shallbe maintained by the Registrar & Transfer Agents, for such duration asthe Board may decide unless otherwise prescribed, and in suchmanner and containing such particulars as prescribed by the Act andthe Rules. The registers and copies of annual return shall be open forinspection between 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on all business days, atthe registered office of the company by the persons entitled thereonon payment, where required, of such fees as may be fixed by theBoard but not exceeding Rs. 50 for each inspection.The Company shall, on being so required by a Member, send to himwithin seven days of the requirement and subject to the payment of afee of Rs. 100/- or such other fee as may be specified in the relevantRules for each copy of the documents as specified in Section 17 of thesaid Act.
