SEC/SE/030/2023-24 dated June 30, 2023 intimating the closure of Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the insiders from Saturday, July 1, 2023, we wish to inform that the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results post the Board Meeting to be convened on Tuesday, August 08, 2023.
