Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (“Code of Conduct”) framed in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company, shall be closed with effect from Sunday, October 01, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.

Accordingly, all connected persons/Designated persons/insiders, including but not limited to the persons specified in the Code of Conduct are advised not to trade in the Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of trading window closure.

The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023, shall be intimated in due course.

The aforesaid intimation will also be made available on the website of the Company.
