Sub: Clarification to the False news published by News 18 – Tamilnadu about the Company

Dear Sir/Madam,

We wish to bring to your notice that News 18 – Tamilnadu in their news channel published a false news about the Company during the morning hours on September 20, 2023, stating that an Income Tax raid is being carried out at the premises of the Company situated at Siruseri IT Park, Chennai.

The Management of the Company hereby clarify and confirms that the said news is false and no such event or incident took place at the premises of the Company or any other place related to the Company.

Further, we have communicated the same to the News 18 – Tamilnadu and they have removed the said news. Notwithstanding the News 18 – Tamilnadu removing the said news, the Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action (including filing of defamation suit) against the News 18 – Tamilnadu channel for publishing such false news.

We request you to take the above on record and oblige.
