Update of the liquidity contract

Vélizy-Villacoublay (France) – July 17, 2019 — Dassault Systèmes (Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA), "The 3DEXPERIENCE Company", announces that a new liquidity contract has been entered into with Oddo BHF SCA and effective as of June 18, 2019.

This new contract takes into consideration the evolutions of the regulation relating to liquidity contracts, and in particular the decision n° 2018-01 of July 2, 2018 of the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF Decision"). It replaces the former liquidity contract entered into with Oddo BHF SCA on January 7, 2015.

This contract relates to Dassault Systèmes stocks (ISIN code: FR000130650) listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris, a negotiation platform on which transactions under this contract will be carried out.

As at June 18, 2019, the following resources appeared on the liquidity account:

• 62,557 Dassault Systèmes stocks, and
• €17,496,140.38 in cash.

The contract shall be suspended upon occurrence of the following events or conditions:

• when all conditions provided under article 5 of the AMF Decision are met;
• when Dassault Systèmes' stock price is higher than the maximum purchase price set under the purchase program in force;
• in the event of a suspension of Dassault Systèmes stocks listing by decision of Euronext Paris; and
• upon Dassault Systèmes' request.

The contract may be cancelled under the following conditions:

• at anytime by Dassault Systèmes, without prior notice; and
• by Oddo BHF SCA, upon 30-day prior notice.
