Quotation of securities following end of escrow

Dart Mining NL ( “ Dart ” ) is pleased to announce that it will shortly be applying for listing of the ordinary securities that were subject to escrow following the initial listing of Dart on 9 May 2007.

The following securities of Dart Mining NL are due for release from escrow on 10 May 2009:

13,160,412 ordinary shares fully paid 6,728,165 ordinary shares paid to 1c, 9c unpaid (not quoted on ASX)

2,800,000 options expiring on 31 May 2010, exercisable at 20 cents (not quoted on ASX).

Dart intends to apply for ASX quotation for the new ordinary shares immediately thereafter.
