Continuous Disclosure Notice for Resignation and Appointment of Auditor
Pursuant to ASIC consent for Resignation of Auditor, notice received dated 24 September 2018, <Client Dart Mining NL (ASX Code: DTM) (“the Company”) notifies the following:
1. Details of the outgoing auditor
MSI Ragg Weir Level 2 108 Power Street Hawthorn VIC 3122
2. Details of the incoming auditor
Morrows Audit Pty Ltd Level 13, Freshwater Place, 2 Southbank Boulevard Southbank VIC 3006
3. The reason for the change in auditor
The change of auditor is the result of a merger of MSI Ragg Weir with the Morrows Group. The audit and assurance division of MSI Ragg Weir will continue its operations as Morrows Audit Pty Ltd. Morrows Audit Pty Ltd has therefore the capability to service the Company’s requirements going forward.
The Company has agreed to appoint Morrows Audit Pty Ltd as the incoming auditor.
