HIGHLIGHTS

SUMMARY OF ACTIVITY
Work during the quarter focused on deep drilling the Unicorn molybdenum - copper - silver (MoCu-Ag) porphyry system near the town of Corryong in north-east Victoria, within Dart EL4726 at the intersection of the Empress and Zulu mineral corridors (Figure 1).
Diamond drill hole DUNDD004/4A at the Unicorn Porphyry was completed at 508.7m. The hole intersected three significant zones of mineralisation (totalling some 58m) these zones appear to form a series of Mantos from individual mineralised pulses or intrusive lobes and sills. The upper most mineralisation (29m @ 0.11% Mo) has been identified in DUNDD005 below 70m showing at least 40m horizontal continuity to the east. The average grade of all assays received to date is 0.05% Mo.
DUNDD005 commenced with a steep orientation to the east to gain a deep intersection through the system and is currently at over 230m deep.
The two hole diamond drilling program at the Morgan Mo-Ag-Au porphyry prospect concluded during the quarter with hole DUNDD002 completed at 673m. Initial interpretation suggests DMMDD002 is likely to have passed above the concealed porphyry target and intersected the upper portion of the mineralisation with zones of strong molybdenite intersected in highly altered sediments and porphyry dykes. The two drill holes have been cased with PVC to allow down hole geophysics to target the top of the concealed porphyry.

UNICORN - MOLYBDENUM – COPPER - SILVER PORPHYRY TARGET
At the Unicorn Mo-Cu-Ag porphyry target diamond drill hole DUNDD004 and the re-drilled DUNDD004A (full core achieved at 154m out of DUNDD004) has been completed at 508.7m and hole DUNDD005 commenced with a steep orientation to the east to gain a deep intersection through the system (Figure 3). Hole DUNDD004 was abandoned at 321m in faulted ground due to loss of water and excessive drill bit damage using NQ size downhole equipment. The HQ portion of DUNDD004 was extended and created a new hole at 154m depth (Figure 3). This hole was completed at of 508.7m as DUNDD004A and has been sampled over its full length. Assay data for the remaining sections of the hole is expected shortly. Two laboratories (ALS & AMDEL) are now being used to speed up assay turn around times.
Drilling to date has intersected three significant zones of mineralisation interpreted to form as a Mantos or halo to individual mineralised pulses. The overall grade of all assay data received to date is 319m @ 0.05% Mo (this does not include the interval from 278 – 347m as assay data is outstanding). This average grade is very encouraging and indicates the remarkably consistent Mo levels within the stockwork system. The upper most zone (29m @ 0.11% Mo) shows lateral continuity over some 40 horizontal metres to the east (intersected in hole DUNDD005 - Figure 3). DUNDD005 shows strong visible Mo mineralisation in a quartz stockwork from 70 - 95m. Additional key features noted during logging include the very consistent nature of the molybdenite mineralisation within the stockwork system accompanied by significant levels of copper and silver which add considerably to the value of the mineralisation (Appendix 1 - Table 1). The alteration of the rhyolitic porphyry is consistent with higher levels within the system and is likely to change with increasing depth to a more potassic phase more spatially related to high grade Mo mineralisation within the auto-metasomatised portion of individual pulses (Figure 3).

Geological logging of drill hole DUNDD004/4A has identified “Brain Rock” or Unidirectional Solidification Textures (UST) – indicative of the top-bottom and shoulder portions of an individual pulse (intrusive lobe/sill) and often associated with higher grade molybdenite mineralisation zones – Photo 1. This rock texture has been utilised at the giant Henderson primary Mo deposit (USA) to identify individual mineralised pulses, with some 5 of 15 pulses in that Rhyolite Dome system showing particularly high Mo mineralisation, especially where pulses overlap. Hence, Dart is very encouraged to recognise marked similarities with this multiphase system and the application of the Rhyolite Dome model for mineralisation at Unicorn.
With the lateral continuity of the upper Mo mineralisation (Figure 3) Dart has increasing confidence that the mineralisation already intersected will form part of a series of high grade mantos style zones above individual intrusive pulses within the Unicorn system. It is the multiple phases of intrusive events that generate World Class Mo deposits and combined with all geological evidence to date, including petrographic studies, suggests Unicorn genetic model comprises a Henderson/Climax Style Rhyolite Dome.
Drilling of DUNDD005 will continue during the next quarter to better test the depth of the system and constrain the lateral extents of the mineralisation already defined on section 5,978,100mN (Figure 3).
Drilling to date has only partially tested a single east-west section across an area of the over 23Ha of +450ppm Mo at surface (Figure 2). Significant additional drilling is necessary to evaluate the full potential of the Mo – Cu – Ag mineralisation at Unicorn, however initial results are already very encouraging and warrant continued drilling to rapidly progress toward an initial resource estimate.
Dart received the support of a Round 3 Rediscover Victoria Drilling grant of $80,000.00 to assist with the Unicorn Exploration drilling program.

MORGAN PORPHYRY
The Phase I drilling program of two deep holes (DMMDD001 and DMMDD002 – Figure 4) has been completed during the quarter at the Morgan Prospect for approximately 1200m of drilling. Hole DMMDD002 (final depth 673m) intersected a significant zone of visible molybdenite mineralisation within highly altered sediments and porphyry dykes above what is interpreted to be the alteration apex of a concealed mineralised porphyry system. Full assay data is now available (Appendix 2) and is consistent with the reported geological model (Figure 5). Molybdenite mineralisation in DMMDD002 up to 2m @ 0.1% Mo (Table 2) appears to represent the apex of a structurally controlled zone within the centre of the geochemical ring anomaly defined at surface (Figure 4). The numerous mineralised porphyry dykes and intense silica / sericite altered sediments corresponding with significant increases in molybdenite (23m @ 210 ppm Mo – Table 2), silver and gold mineralisation confirms the potential of the system. This peripheral zone occurs within strongly faulted sericite – silica altered sediments at approximately 411m depth (Figure 5) with silver up to 10.2m @ 5.7 ppm Ag.
The intersection of a breccia zone between 340.9 – 343.9m containing more than one phase of porphyry and also showing gold mineralisation within silica-sericite-adularia style alteration (3m @ 0.18 g/t Au) is also very encouraging. This intersection and the highly anomalous outcropping gossans show the Morgan Porphyry prospect also has a gold - silver association.
Both DMMDD001 and DMMDD002 have been cased with PVC pipe to allow a program of downhole geophysics to be undertaken. A full evaluation of alteration, geophysics and spectral analysis will be completed before the next drill program to target the concealed porphyry at depth.
