Section 708A(5) Notice

Dart Mining NL ( DTM ) notifies ASX under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Act ) and ASIC Class Order 09/425 ( CO 09/425 ) that:

1. DTM intends to make offers to issue shares under a Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) without disclosure to existing shareholders under 6D.2 of the Act, as noted in an announcement to market dated 11 March 2016;

2. This notice is given in accordance with paragraph 7(f)(ii) of CO 09/425;

3. as at the date of this notice DTM has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to DTM, and section 674 of the Act; and

4. as at the date of this notice there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ (as defined in subsections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act) which is required to be disclosed by DTM.
