Dear Dart Mining Shareholder,

You may be aware that Dart Mining recently announced a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) offer to existing shareholders. As a shareholder you should have received the offer documents by mail already. These can also be downloaded from our website www.dartmining.com.au if you prefer.

The purpose of this communication is to summarise the rationale for making such an offer and to alert you to the pending closure date of the SPP offer period.

Shareholder Entitlement

Each shareholder is entitled to apply for up to $15,000 dollars’ worth of shares - subject to scale-back and depending on demand. In the event of any shortfall it may also be possible to place shortfall stock with shareholders who express an interest in taking such a placement.

Proceeds from the SPP offer will be used for further development work around the company’s gold prospects in the Mountain View project. As previously flagged we have significantly reduced the running costs of the company and where possible money is priority-allocated to asset development rather than administration.
