Dart Mining NL raises $599,664 to begin field mapping of its new Lithium bearing Pegmatite dykes in NE Victoria
Dart Mining NL (“Dart Mining” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise that the Company has successfully raised $599,664.00 (before costs) through a strongly supported placement of 46,128,000 shares at an issue price of 1.3 cent each to professional and sophisticated investors.
This Placement, which was undertaken in accordance to Section 708 of the Corporations Act and Listing Rule 7.1A of the ASX Listing Rules, ensures Dart Mining continues to have sufficient capital to begin field mapping of its new Lithium bearing Pegmatite dykes in NE Victoria.
