TRADING HALT

The securities of Dart Mining NL (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 18 November 2015.

Request for Trading Halt

Dart Mining NL requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) for all of its securities.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Dart Mining advises:

1. The trading halt is requested pending the release of a placement announcement.

2. The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 18 November 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why trading in its securities should not be temporarily halted.
