Directors of Dart Mining N L are pleased to announce that the Company has completed a placement of 36,166,667 ordinary fully paid shares at $0.03 cents per share raising $1,085,000.

No broker or management fees are payable.

Chairman Bruce Paterson, in announcing the successful placement said that “the Board elected to take the opportunity to increase cash available to pursue Strategic Planning aims announced in March 2014. As previously announced the Unicorn PFS Project is back on the Development path”.

The placement had been made to professional investors both current and new shareholders adding strength to DTM’s register.

Application will be made for ASX listing of the placement shares.
