Successful Capital Raising
Dart Mining NL ( “ Dart ” ) is pleased to announce the preliminary outcome from the recent Share Purchase Plan.
Some 108 shareholders (out of a registry of 620 shareholders) accepted the invitation to subscribe for additional shares in Dart at 5 cents per share, contributing $270,500 additional capital.
As a result, subject to final confirmation, Dart intends to issue 5,410,000 new shares. It is anticipated that holding statements will be mailed on Tuesday 21 April 2009. Dart intends to apply for ASX quotation for the new shares immediately thereafter.
