Prospectus lodged for Bonus Options Issue

Dart Mining NL (ASX: DTM) today announced that the Prospectus for the Bonus Option issue was lodged today with ASIC and ASX.

As foreshadowed by Dart's Prospectus for listing, Dart intends to issue at no cost to shareholders who are registered at the Record Date of 13 July 2007, one Bonus Option for every two shares held. Each Bonus Option gives the holder the right to subscribe for one Share in the Company at an exercise price of 20 cents each on or before 31 May 2010. The Company will apply to ASX for the Bonus Options to be listed.

Dart Background

Dart Mining NL listed on the ASX on 10 May 2007. Dart is exploring for gold and porphyry related base metals in NE Victoria and SE NSW. The Dart Goldfield is located some 45km south of Corryong in NE Victoria. It comprises a number of shallow mines from the 1890s where the gold is associated with sulphide rich lode structures. Dart Mining has commenced evaluation of this goldfield by drilling at Mountain View. At the Mt Elliott Goldfield near Corryong drilling will commence shortly to test beneath high grade historic gold mines. Other targets on the Dart tenements will be mapped and sampled in order to prioritise further drilling opportunities.
