Director Appointment and Resignation

Dart Mining NL ASX:DTM (“Dart” or “the Company”) is very pleased to advise of the appointment of experienced company director Mr. Richard Udovenya as a non-executive director to the board of Dart effective 6 May 2022.

Mr Udovenya is the Principal of the law firm ResourcesLaw International which focusses on natural resources projects in Australia and Africa. Richard has around 37 years’ legal experience in Australia and New Zealand, and is a director of, and a legal advisor to, a number of Australian and international companies.

The Company also advises that Mr Luke Robinson has resigned as a non-executive director of the company effective 6 May 2022. The Board thanks Mr Robinson for his very constructive and valuable contribution to the Company since joining the board and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
