Director Resignation

Dart Mining NL (ASX: DTM) advises that Dr Denis Clarke has resigned as a non-executive director of the company effective immediately due to personal commitments.

The Board thanks Dr Clarke his valuable contribution to the company since joining the board in March 2018 and wish him well in his future endeavours.
