Appointment of Head of Exploration

Dart Mining NL (“Dart” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of experienced Exploration and Mining Industry Geologist Mr Steven Groves.

The appointment is another step in adding to Dart’s technical capacity, as it accelerates progress at its highly prospective gold exploration projects in NE Victoria.

Mr Groves brings 25 years of geological experience in the mining industry including exploration and management roles with BHP Billiton, Newmont Mining, Newcrest Mining, A- Cap Resources, Sultan Resources and Six Sigma Metals.

Mr Groves holds a Bachelor of Applied Geology (Honours) and completed a Master’s of Economic Geology from CODES-SRC at the University of Tasmania.

Dart’s Managing Director, Mr James Chirnside, in welcoming Mr Groves to the company commented:

“ We are thrilled that Steve has accepted our offer to join the Dart team. His experience and technical skills in mineral exploration perfectly compliment Dart’s already strong exploration skill set.

Initially, Steve’s focus will be on progressing Dart’s highly prospective Buckland Gold project as well as further defining Dart’s regional geological setting in NE Victoria.
