Dart Mining NL (ASX: DTM) advises that Mr Russell Simpson retired by rotation at the Annual General Meeting held today and was not re-elected.

The Board thanks Mr Simpson for his valuable contribution to the company since joining the board in 2015 and wish him well in his future endeavours.
