Change of Chief Financial Officer

The board of Dart Mining NL (ASX: DTM) is pleased to announce the appointment of Julie Edwards as the Chief Financial Officer. John Nethersole has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer of the company effective 7 July 2015 and will work with Julie Edwards until the 6[th] October 2015 to ensure a smooth transition.

The board would particularly like to thank Mr. Nethersole for his work, diligence, and commitment to the company over his tenure as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Dart Mining NL.
