NEW CONSULTANCY AGREEMENT

Listed mining group Dart Mining NL today announced that it has entered into a new consultancy agreement with director, Mr Luke Robinson.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rules 3.16.4 Dart Mining NL makes the following disclosures in respect of the key terms of the agreement.

Mr Robinson will provide corporate consultancy services to the company on a short term basis. The services will be provided at the Company’s discretion commencing on 3 August 2015, with the expectation that the services will be provided for at least 8 hours per week over approximately three months. The company has agreed to pay $30,000 plus GST for the services. The consultancy fee is in addition to the directors’ fees paid to Mr Robinson of $30,000.

Further to the announcement made on 30 June 2015, the Company wishes to clarify that the Consultancy Fees paid to Mr Chirnside’s related entity, Retro Group Management Pty Ltd, and remuneration paid to Mr Chirnside as Managing Director are in addition to directors’ fees paid to Mr Chirnside of $30,000.
