ASX ANNOUNCEMENT MANAGING DIRECTOR RESIGNATION

Dart Mining NL (ASX: DTM) advises that its Managing Director and CEO, Lindsay Ward, has today resigned from the Company.

The Board wishes to acknowledge the significant contribution Mr Ward made during his tenure particularly the advancement of Dart Mining’s Unicorn project and the securing of the Orion Mine Finance funds.

Dart Mining understands and supports Mr Ward's decision to resign. A replacement for Mr Ward will be announced in due course.
