RESIGNATION OF CEO
The CEO/Company Secretary has advised the Board that he wishes to retire from his role at Dart Mining which the Board has accepted. The Board is now reviewing the role with a view to making a full time appointment to focus on bringing the Unicorn discovery to resource status and commencing scoping studies. Mr Quayle had been serving in a part-time capacity. The Board extended its thanks to Mr Quayle for his role in managing the company over the past three years from its inaugural public float until today.
Andrew Draffin of Draffin Walker & Co. Chartered Accountants has been appointed Company Secretary and Chairman Chris Bain will take on the role of Acting CEO.
