Strategy Rationale

• Dart’s has three explicit exploration and development strategies - Lithium, Gold, and Porphyries. Each is consistent and complimentary to our broad view that discretely each is well positioned in line with long-term demand trends.

• Dart believes that forward Lithium demand forecasts are presently under-estimated and that we will likely see a sustained period of high prices with tight supply. This will fundamentally support high producer margins in the medium and long-term.

• We are positively disposed towards the price of US$ Gold. We consider that further weakness in the USD/AUD exchange rate will occur and that A$ Gold producer margins will expand beyond already wide margins in the medium and long-term.

• Porphyry style mineral deposits are not well understood by investors and they are becoming more significant as a source of supply to meet the worlds increasing demand for metals.
