Publication of Notice of Annual General Meeting

Darktrace confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the associated Form of Proxy have today been posted or made available to Darktrace's registered shareholders.

The Notice of AGM and the associated Form of Proxy along with the FY2021 Annual Report and Accounts are available to view on Darktrace's website at https://www.darktrace.com.

In accordance with Listing Rules 14.3.6R and 14.3.7R, copies of each of these documents will today be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The result of the AGM will be announced shortly after its conclusion and published on Darktrace's website.
