Vesting of Awards, Director Dealings and Total Voting Rights

Darktrace announces the vesting of awards granted under its Darktrace plc 2021 Award Incentive Plan ("AIP") to certain Darktrace employees. The awards will be satisfied by the transfer of 364,301 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in Darktrace by The Darktrace Employee Benefit Trust.

In connection with the vesting of the awards, Darktrace announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transactions.
