Corrective Announcement

The following amendment has been made to the 'Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them' announcement released on 24 January 2023 at 5.45 p.m. under RNS No 7425N.

The aggregate purchase price was erroneously stated as 2.42 pence per share. The aggregate purchase price was 2.429 pounds per share.

All other details remain unchanged.

Jack Stockdale, CTO, has notified Darktrace that on 20 January he purchased 60,000 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of 2.429 pounds per share. An Amendment to the Initial Notification was filed as the Initial Notification stated an incorrect purchase price.
