Darktrace announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transactions.
Jack Stockdale, CTO, has notified Darktrace that on 10 November he sold 60,000 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of 368.8 pence per share and on 11 November he sold 337,960 ordinary shares in Darktrace at an aggregate price of 396 pence per share.
