Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Company has today posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2023, and its 2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, 28 March 2024 at 11:00 am GMT / 2:00 pm AST at The Park Tower, 101 Knightsbridge, London SW1X 7RN.
In accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.6, copies of the above documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
